I was there in 2007 and this year. Your post is really helpful for my future visits.

I live on the edge of the eastside (suburbia) where there are only 2 all vegan places. In Seattle, there isn't really a need to ever eat at a non vegan restaurant. Unless you want Ethiopian, Vegan Sushi or the super greasiest yummiest pizza. Yeah, we do have a vegan pizza place (that I love), but this is a diffrent style of pizza.

I'm happy to hear about that new vegan restaurant in Burlington.

I loved the 5 spice cafe, but it burned down. I'm still whining about that.

Stone Soup = yum * 20. I always want to go to the hot bar, but the prospect of one of their sandwichs always stops me.

Is Buddha's Beef really lightly battered and fried seitan with a dark sauce? if so, that is the amazing dish that I blogged about when I went there. YUM. Everytime I think about it, I want to make a trip just to have it.

Now I'm hungry!Bethanyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12542415639866249330noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5172278851232085149.post-71727981626641373312008-10-07T11:12:00.000-04:002008-10-07T11:12:00.000-04:00Bee Knees is really amazing and it is expanding so...Bee Knees is really amazing and it is expanding so there should be even more options. But it is definitly a place to try for any meal. The falafel there is SO good.Lindsay I-Fhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07941413287265038770noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5172278851232085149.post-81511775738280218682008-10-07T11:02:00.000-04:002008-10-07T11:02:00.000-04:00We don't go out to eat outside of burlington hardl...We don't go out to eat outside of burlington hardly ever unless it's in another state entirely. I'll have to try the Bees Knees. I'm working on some more Burlington food places so I'll post 'em as I get 'em :)Bexhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12721763882751546459noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5172278851232085149.post-87701651972912931752008-10-06T19:38:00.000-04:002008-10-06T19:38:00.000-04:00We're heading to VT next week and I really appreci...We're heading to VT next week and I really appreciate this list!
